Breakfast Club
We are very proud of our Breakfast Club, which offers a safe and welcoming start to the children’s day. It is run by experienced St Mary Cray staff, Miss Rawlings and Mrs Boyd, who are both trained in Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene procedures. We provide a relaxed environment where the children can eat and socialise with their friends before school.
Breakfast Club is open from 7:30am (Monday to Friday). We serve a nutritious breakfast to children arriving before 8:00am. Breakfast is a choice of healthy cereals, toast with a variety of toppings, fruit, fruit juices and milk. Children are not permitted to bring their own food as we have a number of children with food allergies.
Contracted Sessions £5.00
If you wish to register for a contract place at the Breakfast Club then please read, sign and complete the attached Terms & Conditions and email to breakfastclub@st-marycray.bromley.sch.uk. Once we have received this you can book the dates you need by logging onto ParentPay, this is explained further in the attachment below.
Each term you need to make your booking prior to the booking deadline. If we do not receive a booking then we will need to charge ad hoc process of that term. These are the booking deadline for this academic year -

There are 24 places available each day which are allocated on a first come, first served basis once a term. A waiting list will be kept if applications exceed the number of places available.
Payment is due in advance via ParentPay
Sibling Discount per Family
We offer an automatic 8% discount per family when all siblings are on a contract.
Adhoc Sessions £6.00
If you wish to book an Ad Hoc session at the Breakfast Club then please email the Club Leader at breakfastclub@st-marycray.bromley.sch.uk 24 hours prior to your required date and they will confirm whether they have availability for your child. Once you have received confirmation of their place you can log onto ParentPay and make payment.
Payment is due in advance of the Ad Hoc session by ParentPay.
Childcare Vouchers & Tax Free Childcare
If you wish to pay by Childcare vouchers then please send your payment to the school and then email creditcontrol@springtrust.uk with either a screenshot of your payment of the payment reference. Please let us know where you would like the payment credited (ie Breakfast Club / After School Club) and we will credit it to ParentPay for you.
